Who are you?

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who has the creativity and drive to find the best talent in the market. As a sourcer LinkedIn has no secrets for you and you enjoy setting up events and promote Protix as a tech and innovative organization.  

What will you do?

• You will work together with the Recruitment manager
• Make sure all candidates get the best candidate experience
• Manage all recruitment activities in Recruitee and find creative ways to attract talent
• Promote our Employer Brand in cooperation with our Marketing department
• Work with all the tools you need to make your job efficiënt and fun

Your background

• You speak and write fluent dutch
• 1+ years of experience as a sourcer in an agency or company
• Experience with working in an ATS (preferably Recruitee)
• Strong communication skills
• Goal oriented person and a self starter
