Protix is building multiple plants (100mln+) in the coming years. We are looking for a Project Controller who will focus on (financial) data collection and reporting for our project execution department. What will be your mission as Project Controller?

As a Project Controller within Protix you will create dashboards that are usable, up-to-date, interactive and visual. You will collect and analyze this relevant data and based on your insights, you will report to our Project Managers and MT. You like to create, optimize but you also like to execute. A great combination between operation and strategy. 

What will you do?

  • Gather the data outputs from projects and produces reports and forecasts about past and future project performance.

  • Managing and keeping data held in Excel and generating regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis from the information.

  • Preparing data and reports for project managers, the PMO team, project stakeholders with an understanding of the different needs of each.

  • The correct visualisation of data is key for finding insight that can be used by (project) managers that can then improve projects and how they function.

  • Find and implement a suitable PM tool for all projects to make improve data collection and visualization a ‘push on a button’ exercise.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor or Master degree and at least 5 years work experience in a similar role

  • English and preferably Dutch as well or you master both languages

  • Expert at Excel– this is where a lot of data will be collated and analized. Also able to create insightful visualization of data.

  • Experience with Exact Globe, Synergy and/or SharePoint is a plus

  • Communicative; able to get the right data collected on time. Able to push people with a smile to get info in time.

  • Experience in project management tools and way of working.

  • Work timely and accurate; there are lots of people who rely on the reports a PMO produces.

  • Able to manage your own time and prioritize need; be both punctual in delivering scheduled requirements but also able to pic up ad hoc questions.
